Profile
Professional Profile
I am a practising Chartered Accountant based in Kozhikode and Kochi, Kerala, and Managing Partner of AMPP & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
My professional work includes GST and income-tax proceedings, particularly matters involving statutory notices, scrutiny, assessment and reassessment, adjudication, appeals and related procedural issues. I appear before the relevant tax authorities as an authorised representative wherever permitted under applicable law.
My practice also encompasses audit, taxation, financial advisory, forensic accounting and financial due diligence. My academic background in commerce and law, together with professional training in information systems audit and forensic accounting, informs an approach that considers statutory provisions, financial records, evidence and procedural requirements together.
Through professional articles, case-law discussions and educational videos, I share insights into taxation, corporate law, financial reporting and business matters. These resources are intended for general educational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice on individual circumstances.

About
Professional Journey
My work as a Chartered Accountant began in taxation and compliance and has since extended into understanding why businesses behave the way they do. It now includes litigation support in tax matters, restructuring, and assisting entrepreneurs through scrutiny and audits. My path has moved from accounting into strategic advisory, and into the study of law and of human behaviour in business. Each step has reinforced one view: behind every number lies a decision, and sometimes a dilemma.
Professional philosophy
Purpose
My purpose has always been to turn information into insight and confusion into clarity. I help individuals and businesses see the bigger picture — not just what went wrong, but what can be built stronger. Every case I handle, every strategy I design, is guided by one principle: wisdom over reaction. Whether it's a search case, restructuring exercise, or long-term financial planning, the goal remains the same — to bring balance between law and life, between compliance and consciousness. Because at the end of the day, finance is not about numbers alone — it's about the people behind them, and the future they're trying to shape.
